Our “Ventilate Plus” package includes, on top of the “Basic Keeper” features, regular, monthly inspections with ventilation, flushing cisterns, checking for signs of dampness, damages, burglary, squatters, insect control and status report.  We also cater for holiday rental keyholding, which includes a wide range of regular services, as 365/year, 24/7 availability for receiving your guests, marketing of your home on our partner website and property rental portals, and many extra options available to ensure your guest have the perfect holiday! 

Yes, in addition to our standard package, Geres Keyholding offers various extra services tailored to your specific needs. These can include mail collection, arranging property cleaning, overseeing maintenance tasks, organizing deliveries, and even setting up utilities before your arrival. In addition to the “Basic Keeper,” we have the “Ventilate Plus” package available for 18€ per month plus VAT. This package includes all the services of the “Basic Keeper” package, along with regular property ventilation to prevent moisture buildup and maintain a fresh atmosphere within your property.

For those interested in renting out their property, we provide a holiday rental service with marketing. This package is available for 25€ per month plus VAT and includes all the services of the “Ventilate Plus” package, along with professional marketing to attract potential renters and maximize your rental income.
