We are available during the guest’s stay if anything needs fixing – Small repairs – Big fixes: getting a quote from a professional, informing the homeowner, arranging the fix (big fixes are paid by the homeowner. Quote is always provided prior to arranging the fix)
Inventory Check
We inspect the property prior to every check-in for any possible defects and missed items
After Check-out inspection
We inspect the property after the guest’s departure and inform the property owner if there is any damage.
