What We Do
If I rent out myself, will you do the meet & greet?
Yes. You simply inform us in time, when your guests arrive and if you wish a cleaning service before, and we will make sure to be at your home at the desired time to meet & greet your guests and open the house for them.
Can you do the shopping for me, before coming out?
Yes, just let us know what your essentials are and we make sure your fridge is greeting you with the right things on your arrival.
Do you have a process to evacuate squatters?
Yes, our aim is, of course, that squatters do not have the chance nor the right to establish themselves in your home. We respond immediately to calls from your neighbours and visit your property.
In case squatters have indeed entered your home, we collaborate with a registered security company that will come out to evacuate them. This occours only with your consent and prior the corresponding price estimate has been provided by the company.

Founder
Yvonne is one of those, who can’t sit still. Her background is finances, with a Degree as “Bankkauffrau” and “European Financial Practioner” and registered Real Estate Agent “API“.
Her skills include languages, speaking English, German, Spanish and French and her heart are the wellbeing of her friends, family and anyone who needs some guidance, with degrees as Personal Trainer, Nutricionist and Personal Coach.
Together with her daughter, Luccia Arendt, they created the Geres Group, which includes Geres Keyholding, Geres Homes and Geres Translations.
